About Our Hospital
Kindred Hospital Dallas is a 110-bed facility located in central Dallas, just north of Royal Lane at 9525 Greenville Avenue. We are well known as "the hospital that doesn’t look like a hospital."
Accreditation/License
We are licensed by the State of Texas as a special care hospital and are accredited by The Joint Commission. Medicare has also certified Kindred Hospital Dallas as a long-term acute care hospital, or LTAC.
Services
Our hospital provides acute care for patients who generally require an extended period of time for medical treatment and recovery, whether in an ICU or in a medical/surgical unit. Our expertise is in acute cardiac and pulmonary medicine, surgery, dialysis, wound care, infectious disease, and rehabilitation. We particularly specialize in medical services for pulmonary and ventilator-dependent patients who require longer hospitalization. Kindred Hospital Dallas is well known in the community for our outstanding success rates in weaning patients from ventilators.
