• About Our Hospital

Kindred Hospital Dallas is a 110-bed transitional care hospital located in central Dallas, just north of Royal Lane at 9525 Greenville Avenue. We are well known as "the hospital that doesn’t look like a hospital."

Click here  to watch a special feature on Kindred Hospital by Mature Texan magazine where our District Executive Director, Audra Early, along with former patients and Kindred physicians discuss the value Kindred offers the Dallas community.

We are licensed by the State of Texas, accredited by The Joint Commission and certified by Medicare.

Our transitional care hospital provides acute care for patients who generally require an extended period of time for medical treatment and recovery, whether in an ICU or in a medical/surgical unit. Our expertise is in acute cardiac and pulmonary medicine, surgery, dialysis, wound care, infectious disease, and rehabilitation. We specialize in medical services for pulmonary and ventilator-dependent patients who require longer hospitalization. Kindred Hospital Dallas is well known in the community for our outstanding success rates in weaning patients from ventilators.
